Education : Bachelor's in Engineering/CS/IT/AI/Data Science/Business/Management/Commerce or equivalent

Working Days : Mon - Sat (17 Saturdays off annually)

Role :

Drive AI adoption across the organization by helping employees use AI tools to improve productivity, efficiency, and work quality.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify business processes where AI can reduce manual effort.

- Promote and demonstrate AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, Gamma, etc.

- Conduct AI awareness sessions, workshops, and one-on-one guidance.

- Create prompts, templates, and AI productivity playbooks.

- Identify AI automation and Agentic AI opportunities.

- Track AI adoption and productivity improvements.

- Promote responsible and secure use of AI.

Key Requirements :

- Strong practical knowledge of Generative AI and AI productivity tools.

- Excellent prompt-writing, communication, presentation and training skills.

- Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users.

- Strong understanding of business processes and AI use cases.

- Passionate about exploring new AI tools and technology.

- Knowledge of AI Agents, n8n/Make/Power Automate is a plus.

- Basic Python/SQL/data analytics knowledge is an added advantage.

- Strong freshers with AI projects and practical knowledge may also be considered.
