We're on the hunt for an Engineering Lead who's not just a coding wizard but also truly gets how the internet and cloud work under the hood. Key Responsibilities :

- Architecting and scaling backend systems that power our platform.

- Automating infrastructure with Terraform + AWS, making deployments a breeze.

- Ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and fast-no one likes downtime.

- Debugging production issues and squeezing out every bit of performance.

- If you're up for it, jumping into frontend development when needed.

What We're Looking For :

- 6-8 years of experience building and scaling things that actually work.

- A hybrid of system engineer, DevOps, and backend-someone who can design, deploy, and debug without breaking a sweat.

- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, Python/Django, Docker, Terraform, and AWS.

- Bonus points if you can wrangle some frontend code when needed.

- Strong fundamentals in how the internet and cloud work-CDNs, networking, scaling, caching... you name it.

- Smart problem-solving skills-we want engineers who think beyond the ticket and bring fresh ideas to the table.
