Role Overview :

We are seeking a visionary Agentic AI Engineer to join our core innovation team in Bangalore. In this role, you will architect and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of complex reasoning, multi-step planning, and tool execution to solve real-world business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate ambiguous requirements into robust, scalable AI systems. By pushing the boundaries of what LLMs can achieve, you will directly influence our product roadmap, driving significant efficiency gains and creating transformative experiences for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using Python and LangChain to automate complex decision-making processes for our internal stakeholders.

- Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models to improve reasoning capabilities and reduce latency, ensuring high-performance outcomes for end-users.

- Integrate deep learning architectures with external APIs and databases to enable agents to interact seamlessly with our existing enterprise ecosystem.

- Conduct rigorous evaluation and testing of agentic behaviors to ensure reliability, safety, and alignment with business objectives.

- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical documentation to foster a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing within the AI practice.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building and deploying Generative AI applications using Python, with a deep understanding of the current LLM landscape and agentic frameworks.

- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating smooth cross-team collaboration.

- Strong foundation in deep learning principles, with the capability to implement custom architectures to solve specific domain-related problems.
