Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and innovative Agentic AI Professional to design, develop, and deploy intelligent AI-driven solutions that automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve business productivity.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, AI Automation, and Workflow Orchestration.

This role requires a professional who can build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI systems, integrate AI capabilities into business processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and impactful AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Agentic AI solutions that can reason, plan, and execute tasks autonomously.

- Build and optimize LLM-based applications for enterprise use cases.

- Create effective prompts and prompt chains to improve model performance and response quality.

- Develop AI automation workflows to streamline repetitive and manual business processes.

- Implement workflow orchestration across multiple AI agents, tools, and systems.

- Evaluate and fine-tune AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and reliability.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI use cases.

- Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts.

- Experience in model evaluation, testing, and performance tuning.

- Experience with debugging, monitoring, and maintaining AI solutions in production.

Educational Qualifications :
