Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Architect to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agent systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, AI architecture, and cloud-based AI solutions, with the ability to build scalable, secure, and production-ready intelligent applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement enterprise-scale agentic AI systems capable of planning, reasoning, and executing multi-step workflows.

Develop advanced prompt engineering strategies, including system prompts, tool calling, structured outputs, and reasoning constraints.

Build orchestration pipelines using LangGraph, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel for multi-agent collaboration.

Develop reusable Agentic Skills for planning, retrieval, execution, and verification.

Implement context engineering, memory management, state management, and task-tracking mechanisms.

Establish automated testing, observability, and monitoring for AI agents.

Design enterprise-grade security controls, guardrails, and access management for AI applications.

Collaborate with business and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Drive research, innovation, and adoption of emerging Agentic AI technologies and best practices.
