About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate Agentic AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent AI agents using modern LLM frameworks. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience developing AI-powered applications using Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and agent orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar. Experience with multi-agent systems and production deployment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop Agentic AI applications using LLMs.

- Build autonomous and multi-agent workflows.

- Develop RAG-based applications using vector databases.

- Integrate AI agents with external APIs, databases, and enterprise applications.

- Create prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM performance.

- Deploy AI applications on cloud platforms.

- Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI agent performance.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Required Skills :

- Strong programming experience in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.

- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, etc.).

- Prompt Engineering expertise.

- Experience integrating OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source LLMs.

- REST APIs and FastAPI/Flask.

- Git and version control.

- Good understanding of software engineering best practices.
