Role Summary :

ARA's Client is seeking an Agenti AI Developer to design and implement scalable Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in building customized M365 Copilot solutions integrated with business workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

- Build and customize M365 Copilots and Copilot Studio solutions integrated with business workflows.

- Architect and implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise document ecosystems.

- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent workflows with robust reasoning and tool/function calling.

- Ensure production readiness through security, governance, compliance, monitoring, and cost optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI initiatives end-to-end.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of AI models.

- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and trends.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- 6-9 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Engineering.

- Strong experience designing Agentic AI and Generative AI architectures using LLMs.

- Hands-on expertise with Microsoft M365 Copilot and Azure OpenAI Service.

- Proven experience building enterprise-grade AI copilots integrated with Microsoft Graph.

- Deep knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Power Apps and Power BI integrations.

- Exposure to MLOps and cloud deployment patterns for GenAI solutions.

- Hands-on experience with custom connectors and API-based integrations.
