Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop agentic AI architectures using LLMs and frameworks like LangChain to solve complex business problems for our clients.

- Lead the development of prompt engineering strategies to optimize the performance and accuracy of LLMs in various applications.

- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build and deploy AI models on cloud platforms, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and tools into our existing infrastructure to enhance our capabilities.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure they meet performance and quality standards.

- Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex AI solutions using LLMs and agent-based frameworks.

- Proven expertise in prompt engineering techniques and strategies for optimizing LLM performance.

- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, LangChain).

- Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying AI models in cloud environments.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic consulting environment, with a willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
