Role Overview:

As an Agentic AI Architect, you will spearhead the design and implementation of autonomous, goal-oriented AI systems that transcend traditional generative models. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into sophisticated AI workflows. Your daily focus will involve architecting resilient systems that leverage LLMs to perform multi-step reasoning, tool-use, and decision-making, directly impacting the operational efficiency and competitive edge of our clients' digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deploy scalable Agentic AI frameworks that enable autonomous task execution and complex problem-solving for enterprise clients.

- Architect robust microservices-based systems that integrate Large Language Models with existing data pipelines to ensure seamless information flow and system reliability.

- Develop and optimize orchestration layers using LangChain and similar frameworks to manage agent state, memory, and tool interaction effectively.

- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define the technical roadmap for AI-driven features, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.

- Establish best practices for AI governance, latency management, and cost-optimization to ensure high-performance production deployments.

- Mentor junior engineering teams on advanced machine learning patterns and architectural design principles to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and scaling Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions within complex, distributed environments.

- Proficiency in building and maintaining production-grade AI systems using LLMs, with a deep understanding of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.

- Strong command over Microservices Architecture and System Architecture, with the ability to design decoupled, resilient, and high-throughput systems.

- Proven experience in leveraging LangChain or similar agent orchestration frameworks to build autonomous workflows.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- A minimum of 6 - 10 years of professional experience in software engineering or AI architecture roles.

- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution is preferred.

- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, office-based environment in Bangalore, working effectively within a high-growth consulting culture.
