We are hiring a highly skilled Adobe AEM Tech Lead / Senior Manager to lead the design, architecture, and delivery of large-scale digital experience solutions on Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & Assets). This role requires strong AEM expertise, enterprise architecture knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions.

We are looking for candidates who have 814 years of IT experience with 5+ years in architecting and delivering solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & Assets) and who can join immediately or within 30 days.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 814 years of total IT experience in Enterprise Web/Content Management solutions

- 5+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (Sites & Assets)

- Strong knowledge of AEM architecture, templates, components, workflows, permissions, content modeling

- Proven expertise in AEM deployment models : On-Premise, Adobe Managed Services, and AEM as a Cloud Service

- Experience integrating AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, CRM, Commerce systems

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), REST APIs, and Headless CMS

- Experience in solution design, estimations, SDD creation, and stakeholder presentations

- 24 years of experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and driving solution delivery

- Excellent communication skills to align business and technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and design end-to-end AEM solution architectures aligned with business objectives

- Lead creation of solution blueprints, design documents (SDDs), and estimation models

- Guide development teams during implementation, ensuring adherence to Adobe best practices

- Drive integrations with Adobe Marketing Cloud tools and third-party platforms (DAM, CRM, Commerce)

- Conduct technical assessments, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and client workshops

- Stay up-to-date with Adobes evolving capabilities including AEM as a Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services, and Headless CMS

- Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, cost-effective, and optimized for performance

Preferred Certifications :

- Adobe Certified Expert / Professional Architect

- Exposure to Adobe Content Supply Chain, Workfront, Creative Cloud

- Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps practices for AEM
