Role Overview:

The AEM Full-Stack Developer is responsible for building, enhancing, and supporting AEM-based digital experiences across Sites, Assets, and Forms.

Total Experience: 4 - 7 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations.

- Support content authors through knowledge of the AEM authoring interface.

- Integrate AEM with internal systems and third-party services.

- Contribute to solution design, platform performance, security, and stability.

- Support localization, multilingual sites, and multi-site management.

- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with QA, operations, DevOps, and partner teams.

- Maintain code standards, documentation, and component libraries.

- Provide guidance to junior developers as needed.

Requirements:

- 4+ years of AEM development experience (Sites, Assets, Forms).

- Strong skills in Java, Sling, OSGi, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AEM frameworks.

- Experience building custom AEM components, templates, and authoring tools.

- Knowledge of AEM architecture, JCR, dispatcher configuration, APIs, integrations, and workflows.

- Familiarity with localization and multi-site/multi-language implementations.

- Strong troubleshooting, testing, and problem-solving skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Adobe Managed Services (AMS) or AEM as a Cloud Service.

- Familiarity with Adobe Target, Analytics, or Launch.

- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG), performance optimization, and CI/CD practices.

- Adobe AEM certification preferred.
