Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with a strong Java programming foundation and hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager implementations. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level digital experience solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement AEM solutions aligned with business requirements

- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables

- Collaborate with QA, UX, and cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycle

- Create technical documentation and clearly explain implementation approaches

- Participate in build, deployment, testing, and production support activities

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Overall 5+ years of IT experience

- Minimum 3- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Core AEM projects

- Strong Java programming foundation

Extensive hands-on experience with :

- AEM Workflows

- Sling Servlets

- REST APIs & JSON

- Lucene Indexing

- Experience with Coral UI / Granite UI and Adobe UI customization

- Deep understanding of AEM Security & Access Controls

- Expertise in extending AEM core functionalities such as Launches

- Experience working with AEM 6.4 or newer versions

- Hands-on experience with Sightly (HTL) / Sling Models

- Strong understanding of Oak, Sling, and Dispatcher

Tools & Technologies :

- CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins, Hudson, Selenium, Maven

- Experience with Continuous Integration and automated testing practices

Good to Have :

- Experience with other CMS platforms and understanding of DXP ecosystem

- Prior Apple project experience is a strong advantage
