Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to design, develop, and implement high-quality digital experiences. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, UX, and backend teams to deliver scalable, high-performance AEM solutions while ensuring best practices in development, performance, and security.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.

- Build responsive and dynamic pages using HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, and AEM Core Components.

- Integrate AEM with external systems through REST / SOAP APIs.

- Manage and maintain AEM environments including author, publish, and dispatcher instances.

- Work with CRX/OSGi bundles to implement backend logic and custom functionalities.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and backend developers to deliver seamless product experiences.

- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to security standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues including replication, dispatcher configurations, caching, workflows, and more.


- Participate in deployment activities, release management, and production support.

Skillset / Requirements :


- Hands-on experience with AEM 6.x development including components, templates, workflows, and OSGi services.


- Strong knowledge of HTL/Sightly, Sling Models, JCR, CRXDE Lite, and AEM Core Components.

- Experience integrating AEM with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs.

- Familiarity with AEM dispatcher, caching, and content replication.

- Strong understanding of Java, OSGi framework, and backend development principles.

- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
