We are seeking a skilled AEM Developer with strong Java expertise to design, develop, and maintain Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) applications and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations, along with Java-based backend development.

This role involves collaborating with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver scalable and high-performing web solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, configure, and maintain AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.

- Implement Java-based backend services and integrate with AEM and other systems.

- Build custom OSGi bundles, servlets, and Sling Models for AEM applications.

- Develop responsive web pages, dynamic components, and reusable templates using AEM.

- Integrate AEM with third-party applications, CMS, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Develop and maintain backend services using Java, JCR, and Sling APIs.

- Implement content migration, DAM integration, and multi-site management.

- Write unit tests, integration tests, and conduct code reviews to ensure quality.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across AEM components and Java services.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and AEM development guidelines.

- Work closely with UX/UI designers, QA, and business stakeholders to implement requirements.

- Provide technical guidance and support for AEM applications.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.

- Optimize AEM application performance including caching, indexing, and content delivery.

- Ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of AEM applications.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x or higher).

- Proficient in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR, and JSP/HTL development.

- Experience with AEM components, templates, workflows, and DAM integration.

- Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular/React (optional).

- Experience with version control (Git/SVN) and build tools (Maven/Gradle).

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and AEM best practices
