Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Java, and front-end technologies.

The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of CMS platforms, web architecture, and end-to-end development processes including design, development, deployment, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using AEM, Java, and related frameworks.

- Implement and customize AEM components, templates, workflows, dialogs, and integrations.

- Participate in the full SDLC from requirement analysis and design to development, testing, and deployment.

- Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Build reusable, maintainable, and test-driven code following best practices.

- Integrate third-party systems and tools within the AEM ecosystem.

- Perform AEM upgrades, patches, and collaborate with Adobe Managed Services (AMS).

- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to quality standards, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

- Follow and contribute to technical standards and best practices within the AEM team.

Technical Skills :

Must Have :

- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing web applications using AEM, Java, and related technologies.

- Strong understanding of AEM architecture CRX, OSGi, Sling, Dispatcher.

- Solid experience with AEM building blocks (JCR, DAM, Workflows, Touch UI).

- Experience with front-end technologies - HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React (preferred).

- Proven track record of implementing multiple full-cycle AEM projects.

- Expertise in Java, Servlets, JSP, XML, RESTful APIs, and web services.

- Experience in AEM Upgrades, code analysis, and performance troubleshooting.

- Exposure to Unix OS for debugging and deployment tasks.

- Integration experience with CRMs, e-commerce systems, and marketing tools.

- Working knowledge of AEM Security models and SSO configurations.

- Familiarity with search engine integrations (Coveo experience is a plus).

Good to Have :

- Experience with AEM Cloud Service and Adobe Admin Console.

- Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Cloud Manager.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.

- Exposure to AWS, Multi-Site Manager (MSM), and Dispatcher configuration.

- Experience with performance/stress testing tools.
