AEM Architect

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and governance for AEM implementations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and UX teams to translate business needs into scalable AEM solutions.

- Provide technical leadership to development teams, mentoring engineers and ensuring adherence to coding and architectural standards.

- Integrate AEM with other enterprise platforms such as CRM, DAM, Analytics, Marketing Automation tools, and Cloud services.

- Ensure solutions are highly available, secure, and performant in on-premise or cloud environments.

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting of complex AEM implementations.

- Stay updated with Adobes roadmap and provide guidance on leveraging AEM Cloud Service, Headless CMS, and SPA/React/Angular integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of IT experience, with at least 7+ years in AEM design and development.

- Experience with AEM architecture design, scalable content models, and reusable component frameworks.

- Proficiency in Java, J2EE, RESTful APIs, front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Angular/React).

- Experience in integration with Adobe Marketing Cloud, DAM, Analytics, Target, and third-party systems.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Architect/Developer) is highly preferred.
