Mandatory Skills : Must have TW / TouchWorks BI

Skills and experiences required :

- Overall experience 5+ years in US Healthcare IT industry in operations/production support

- Experience in supporting Altera EHR product, TouchWorks (TW) in BI team (TW BI )

- Custom Reports development/enhancements for TW (TouchWorks), VPM (Veradigm Practice Management) , Care Director, Care Manager, EzCap and dbMotion.

- Experience in creating data extracts for third parties both regulatory and non-regulatory

- Support and Maintenance for custom reports and ETLs

- Workflow automations and corrections in TW

- Experience in SSIS, SSRS development and issue resolution

- Experience in creating dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production and operations support for the TouchWorks (TW) BI environment.

- Develop and enhance custom reports for :

1. TouchWorks (TW)

2. Veradigm Practice Management (VPM)

3. Care Director

4. Care Manager

5. EzCap

6. dbMotion

- Create and manage data extracts for third-party systems (regulatory and non-regulatory).

- Maintain and troubleshoot ETL workflows and custom reports.

- Execute workflow automation and correction initiatives within TouchWorks.

- Develop, deploy, and support SSIS packages and SSRS reports.

- Design and deliver dashboards using Power BI and Tableau.
