Job Description :

Skills and experiences required :

- Overall experience 5+ years in US Healthcare IT industry in operations/production support

- Experience in supporting Altera EHR product, SCM (Sunrise Clinical Manager) in BI team (SCM BI )

- Hands on experience on Custom SCM Reports development/enhancements

- Experience in Custom MLMs development/enhancements

- Experience in creating data extracts for third parties both regulatory and non-regulatory

- Experience in SSIS, SSRS development and issue resolution

- Experience in creating dashboards using PowerBI and Tableau

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide production and operations support for the SCM (Sunrise Clinical Manager) BI platform.

- Develop and enhance custom SCM reports tailored to clinical and business needs.

- Design, develop, and maintain custom MLMs (Medical Logic Modules).

- Create and manage data extracts for third-party integrations (regulatory and non-regulatory).

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SSIS and SSRS packages.

- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.
