Job Description :

AdMedia is currently hiring an experienced and driven Product Manager who can blend product design thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution skills. You will define the product vision, identify and track the North Star metrics, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products.

Key Skills :

- Product Design, Jira, NorthStar metrics, Stake Holder Management, PRD.

- Shift Timing - Day Shift (Must be flexible to attend calls in the late evening).

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Metrics :

- Define and maintain the North Star metric and supporting KPIs for the product.

- Build and execute a product roadmap aligned with business and user needs.

Product Design :

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive and engaging product experiences.

- Participate in wireframe and prototype reviews to ensure design feasibility.

Execution & Documentation :

- Create clear and detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).

- Manage and track tasks in Jira to ensure on-time delivery.

Stakeholder Management :

- Align product priorities with business stakeholders and ensure transparency in progress.

- Facilitate decision-making across cross-functional teams.

Data & Insights :

- Analyse market trends, user feedback, and usage data to iterate product features.

Technical Understanding :

- Work closely with engineering teams; ability to understand tech stacks, APIs, and integrations for informed discussions and decisions.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

- 3-6 years of experience as a Product Manager.

- Strong understanding of product design principles.

- Experience defining and tracking North Star metrics.

- Proficiency in PRD writing and using Jira.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

- Data Driven and analytic dashboard for data is must to have.
