Role Summary :

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager to start our new initiatives product team and build AI-first enterprise products from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product thinking, business acumen, and technical depth to transform customer problems into scalable AI-powered solutions.

You will work closely with founders, engineering, AI/ML teams, and customers to define product strategy, validate opportunities, and lead end-to-end product development. If you're excited by building new initiatives rather than managing mature products, we'd love to hear from you.

Role & Responsibilities :

Product Strategy & Innovation :

- Define product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with business objectives.

- Identify new product opportunities through customer discovery, market research, and AI trends.

- Drive product innovation leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and intelligent automation.

Product Ownership :

- Own the product backlog, prioritization, and release planning.

- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.

- Balance customer needs, technical feasibility, and business priorities.

AI Product Development :

- Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, and Delivery teams to build scalable AI-native products.

- Contribute to solution design by understanding APIs, system architecture, integrations, and technical trade-offs.

- Drive product development from concept to launch and continuous enhancement.

Stakeholder & Customer Management :

- Work closely with customers, business stakeholders, and leadership to validate product direction.

- Lead product demonstrations, roadmap discussions, and feature prioritization.

- Define success metrics and continuously improve products using customer feedback and analytics.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience in enterprise software or SaaS, preferably 18 - 24 months of focus in building AI products.

- Experience building AI-first products using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, or intelligent automation.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management using Jira or Azure DevOps.

- Good understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycle.

- Experience building products in one or more of the following domains :

1. Document Management Systems (DMS)

2. Enterprise Content Management (ECM)

3. Workflow & Process Automation

4. Knowledge Management

5. Digital Asset Management

6. Records Management

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

- Strong analytical thinking, customer empathy, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA is an added advantage.

- Hands-on software development experience is preferred.

- Experience working in AI-first startups or high-growth technology companies.

- Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems, prompt engineering, RAG, MCP, vector databases, and enterprise AI applications is an advantage.
