Description :

The Solution Architect / Designer will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing architecture solutions aligned with business requirements. The role involves collaborating with technical and commercial teams, translating complex concepts into clear solutions, and leading end-to-end design and delivery of products and services. The candidate must possess a balanced mix of technical depth, architectural vision, and strong business understanding.

Key Responsibilities :

- Interpret business challenges and technical requirements to propose aligned architectural solutions

- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams to drive technology strategy

- Lead end-to-end design efforts including E2E design, component design, and infrastructure architecture

- Present complex architectural concepts in clear and simple language for diverse stakeholders

- Conduct technical workshops, deliver solution presentations, and prepare architectural guidelines

- Drive delivery of products and services in alignment with Group Commercial, local markets, and partners

- Ensure architectures are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards

- Work within distributed international teams to ensure architectural alignment and solution integrity

- Monitor system performance and ensure reliability using tools such as Dynatrace, Instana, and Icinga

- Create, review, and approve architecture documents, high-level designs, and technical strategy papers

- Participate in planning, risk assessment, and impact analysis for new solutions

- Ensure seamless integration with cognitive technologies, cloud services, and containerized environments

Skills & Competencies Required :

- Strong experience in designing large, distributed, secure, and scalable architectures

- Proficiency in Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)

- Strong knowledge of databases such as MongoDB, Cosmos DB, and DynamoDB

- Hands-on experience with Swagger, JSON, and cognitive/AI-driven technologies

- Expertise with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Instana, and Icinga

- Strong analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills for international and distributed teams

- Ability to work under pressure with strong time management capabilities

- Capability to influence stakeholders and build strong rapport quickly

- Ability to simplify complex technology concepts for broader audiences
