Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Lead Developer with strong expertise in modern Java frameworks, microservices architecture, and cloud deployment. The ideal candidate will lead development tasks, guide technical design, and ensure high-quality delivery of backend services. Hands-on coding with Java 8+, Spring Boot, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and optimization of backend applications using Java 8+.

- Build scalable microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and REST APIs.

- Work with JPA/Hibernate for ORM and data persistence.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines using industry tools and best practices.

- Utilize Git, Maven/Gradle, and containerization tools like Docker for builds and deployments.

- Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP (any one mandatory).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to architectural decisions.

- Participate in code reviews and guide junior developers.

- Ensure performance, security, and scalability across services.

Required Qualifications :

- 68 years of hands-on Java backend development experience.

- Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, JPA/Hibernate, and REST APIs.

- Practical experience with CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle.

- Hands-on exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.

- Experience deploying applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with microservices patterns, distributed systems, and system design.

- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch).

- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
