- Lead and mentor a team of developers and testers, providing technical guidance and best practices.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure applications using .NET Core, C#, and related technologies.

- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to define technical requirements and solutions.

- Oversee code quality, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews.

- Drive the adoption of modern practices such as CI/CD, cloud deployment (Azure/AWS), and microservices architecture.

- Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure application reliability and security.

- Manage project timelines, ensure deliverables, and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements for continuous innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in software development with at least 34 years in a Lead/Architect role.

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ.

- Experience with front-end frameworks (Angular/React/Blazor)

- Good understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices.

- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database design.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelines.

- Exposure to Microservices architecture & containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of unit testing, automated testing frameworks, and code coverage tools.

- Ability to handle stakeholder management and client interactions
