Job description :

Must-Have Skills & Experience (Summary) :

- Exposure to FastAPI, Flask, or Django for building APIs.

- Strong experience with microservices architecture and writing production-quality Python code.

- Exposure to GenAI tools and backend integration practices with Open source/On prem LLM's (O'lama, Azure Open AI and Mysteral)

- Strong ability to work with AI code assistant tools like Github COpilot and Windsurf

- Proven production support and debugging skills in live environments.

- Hands-on with Python beyond Jupyter notebooks, deployed in real-world applications.

- Understanding of the transition from development to production, including :

i. Logging, tracing, and black-box debugging

ii. Environment progression and deployment readiness

- Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills with clear communication on project involvement and constraints.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.

- Understanding of data privacy, security, and automated testing practices.

- Versatility in other programming languages and microservices frameworks.
