We are looking for a highly experienced Software Engineer - Full Stack & Agentic AI with strong full-stack engineering expertise and at least 2 years of hands-on experience building production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent systems.

The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution architecture, develop AI-native applications, and mentor engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

- Design and implement production-grade Agentic AI and multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Microsoft Agent Framework (MAF), or similar frameworks.

- Build AI-native applications combining agentic workflows, traditional machine learning, and rules-based systems.

- Develop responsive frontend applications using React, Next.js, and micro-frontend SPA architectures.

- Build scalable backend services using Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, Kotlin, GraphQL, tRPC, and REST APIs.

- Design Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) layers and API integrations to support AI-powered user experiences.

- Architect integrations across frontend applications, backend services, AI systems, and enterprise platforms.

- Lead system design discussions and translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.

- Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.

- Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and contribute to technical roadmaps.

- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business-focused solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10 - 12 years of overall software engineering experience.

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on full-stack development experience.

- At least 2 years of experience building production-grade Agentic AI or multi-agent applications.

- Strong frontend expertise in React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

- Strong backend development experience with Node.js and Java, including Spring Boot or Kotlin.

- Hands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, MAF, or equivalent.

- Understanding of multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, workflow management, and AI application integration.

- Experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns, API gateways, GraphQL, and REST APIs.

- Cloud experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and modern development practices.

- Strong system design, problem-solving, technical leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience deploying AI-native applications in enterprise production environments.

- Familiarity with traditional ML integration, enterprise application architecture, and microservices.

- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical delivery across cross-functional teams.
