About Aaratech :

Aaratech is a domain-focused technology company specializing in Banking Products, Logistics Solutions, and Technology Transformation. As part of our strategic roadmap, we are transforming our Banking solutions to become Cloud-Ready and AI-Enabled.

We are looking for an experienced AI Transformation Consultant who can work with our existing product and engineering teams to define and execute our AI transformation roadmap.

Role Overview :

The primary responsibility is to assess Aaratech's existing Banking products (LOS/LMS), identify practical AI use cases, and define a phased AI roadmap that enhances customer value while leveraging our current technology platform and engineering team.

This is a hands-on role requiring close collaboration with Product Management, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Review Aaratech's existing Banking products (LOS/LMS) and current architecture.

- Identify AI opportunities across the lending lifecycle and recommend business use cases.

- Develop a practical AI roadmap for the next 1224 months with clear implementation priorities.

- Design AI solutions that integrate with the existing Java/Spring Boot and rule-engine architecture.

- Recommend suitable AI technologies (Google Vertex AI, Claude, Ollama, or equivalent) based on business requirements.

- Work closely with the existing engineering team to guide AI implementation, proof of concepts, and product enhancements.

- Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise banking standards.

- Support pre-sales by demonstrating AI capabilities and product vision to customers.

Mandatory Skills:

- 8 to 15 years of experience in Banking Technology.

- Strong experience with Loan Origination System (LOS) and/or Loan Management System (LMS).

- Good understanding of Retail, SME, Corporate Lending, or Leasing workflows.

- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies such as Google Vertex AI, Claude, Ollama, OpenAI, or similar.

- Experience identifying AI use cases and building AI roadmaps for enterprise applications.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with AI copilots, RAG, AI agents, or Document AI.

- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform.

- Understanding of AI governance, security, and data privacy.

- Experience in Banking Product modernization or digital transformation initiatives.

Success Measures (First 6 Months):

- Complete AI assessment of existing Banking products.

- Deliver a prioritized AI roadmap and product modernization plan.

- Identify high-value AI use cases for Banking solutions.

- Build and demonstrate 35 AI proof of concepts with the existing engineering team.

- Enable the product team to deliver AI-enhanced capabilities aligned with Aaratech's business strategy.
