We are looking for an experienced AI Banking Product Consultant to work with our Product, Business, and Engineering teams to define and drive this transformation.

Role Overview :

The AI Banking Product Consultant will evaluate Aaratech's existing Banking products (LOS/LMS), understand the lending lifecycle and product capabilities, identify high-value AI use cases, and define a practical roadmap for AI enablement.

The role will work closely with the existing Product, Business Analysis, and Engineering teams to design AI-powered features, proof of concepts, and customer demonstrations that enhance the value of our Banking solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Banking Product Assessment :

- Understand Aaratech's Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) and other existing solutions.

- Study the existing product architecture, workflows, rule engine, and customer journey.

- Identify opportunities for AI enablement across the lending lifecycle.

2. AI Use Case Identification :

- Identify AI use cases that create measurable business value, including :

1. AI Loan Officer Copilot

2. AI Credit Memo Generator

3. AI Document Intelligence

4. AI Customer Assistant

5. AI Relationship Manager Assistant

6. AI Collections Assistant

7. AI Portfolio Analytics

8. AI Knowledge Assistant

9. AI Support Copilot

3. AI Roadmap :

- Develop a phased roadmap covering :

1. Quick wins (Proof of Concepts)

2. Product enhancements

3. AI integration strategy

4. Customer demonstrations

5. Production implementation roadmap

4. Collaboration :

- Work closely with the Product Team, Business Analysts, Java Development Team, AI Engineers, and Sales & Pre-sales Team to convert business ideas into AI-enabled product capabilities.

5. Customer & Pre-sales Support :

- Support customer engagements by demonstrating AI capabilities, preparing solution presentations, conducting AI workshops, defining customer-specific AI use cases, and supporting RFP/RFI responses.

Mandatory Skills :

- 815 years of experience in Banking Technology.

- Strong understanding of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and/or Loan Management Systems (LMS).

- Experience in Retail Lending, SME Lending, Corporate Lending, or Leasing.

- Strong business analysis and solution consulting skills.

- Good understanding of Generative AI concepts and enterprise AI applications.

- Familiarity with AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Claude, Ollama, OpenAI, or equivalent.

- Ability to translate business requirements into AI use cases and product roadmaps.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Banking Product Management.

- Experience with FinTech or Digital Lending platforms.

- Understanding of Java/Spring Boot architecture.

- Exposure to AI Copilots, RAG, AI Agents, or Document AI.

- Cloud platform knowledge (Google Cloud preferred).

Success Measures (First 6 Months) :

- Complete an AI assessment of Aaratech's Banking products.

- Deliver a prioritized AI roadmap.

- Identify 15-20 business-focused AI use cases.

- Build 5-10 AI proof of concepts with the engineering team.

- Create customer-ready AI demonstrations and pre-sales assets.

- Support customer workshops and product positioning.
