Backend Engineer (Remote).

Were looking for a Remote(India) Backend Engineer to join our core product-engineering team.

Youll work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and data teams to build scalable, high-performance backend systems and data pipelines, with the ability to contribute end-to-end using React for the frontend and Node.js for the backend.

What You'll Do :

- Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL) and manage message queues (RabbitMQ) efficiently.

- Collaborate on data & analytics workflows using Trino and Cube.js.

- Optimize backend performance, reliability, and maintainability.

- Participate in designing internal libraries, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

- Mentor junior engineers and help grow the backend teams technical capabilities.

- Work closely with frontend engineers and actively contribute to end-to-end product development.

- Ensure code quality, testing, and adherence to best practices.

What we are looking for :

- Strong proficiency in Node.js and backend architecture.

- Hands-on experience with SQL and message queues (RabbitMQ or similar).

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong familiarity with React integrations and ability to work on end-to-end features.

- Familiarity with Redis; experience with ClickHouse and semantic layers (e.g., Cube.js) is a plus.

- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.

- Bonus : Experience in e-commerce / Q-commerce SaaS companies.
