About the Role :

The Lead .NET Developer will be responsible for leading the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of web applications using .NET technologies. The role involves working on scalable, secure, and high-performing systems while mentoring the development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, and driving innovation through modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :

- Lead the development of robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications using .NET Core and ASP.NET.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and integrate with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

- Translate business requirements into efficient, maintainable, and reusable technical solutions.

- Review code, conduct peer reviews, and ensure adherence to development best practices.

- Manage and guide team members, ensuring timely and quality delivery of modules.

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies, taking ownership of deliverables.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and DevOps to ensure seamless integration.

- Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure best practices for deployment and version control.

- Troubleshoot application issues and ensure optimal performance and security.

- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment guides.

- Stay updated with new technologies and suggest improvements for process and performance optimization.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, C#, and Web API development.

- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

- Experience with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and database design (SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL).

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).

- Proficiency in version control tools such as Git or SVN.

- Knowledge of CI/CD, automated testing, and build tools.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and team leadership capabilities.
