.Net Technical Lead - C#/ASP/Entity Framework

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership

- Architect and design scalable, robust, and secure web applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+, C#, and related technologies.

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Make key decisions in architecture and technical strategy aligned with business goals.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor a team of developers, conducting code reviews, enforcing coding standards, and promoting best practices.

- Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Product Management, and

- Drive delivery excellence by ensuring high-quality code, on-time delivery, and adherence to Agile methodologies.

- Translate business and technical requirements into detailed software designs and implementation plans.

- Own and drive the resolution of technical issues and blockers during development.

- Collaboration & Communication

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure technical

feasibility and alignment.

- Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and user manuals where required.

- Present solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required :

- Core Technologies

- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core / .NET 5/6/7

- Proficient in ASP.NET MVC / Web API / RESTful services

- Solid understanding of Entity Framework / EF Core, LINQ

- Strong experience with SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, performance tuning

- Experience in front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus

- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
