- 6 to 12 years of experience in application development experience in the following :

- .Net Core, C#, React, TypeScript and CSS

- Expertise with HTML, JavaScript and UI technologies like ReactJS and J Query

- Data access frameworks like Entity Framework, ADO.NET etc.

- Strong User Interface building skills

- Consumption of REST APIs

- Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Code Whisperer) to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality.

- Proficiency in developing and implementing MCP servers to enable seamless integration between AI assistants and external systems, tools, and data sources.

- Strong familiarity with agentic AI principles, including autonomous decision-making systems, adaptive learning mechanisms, and intelligent agent architectures that can operate independently while learning from interactions.

- Advanced skills in prompt engineering techniques and model fine-tuning to optimize AI performance for specific use cases and domain requirements.

- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.

- Understanding and implementation of Data Contracts for reliable data exchange across microservices or domains.

- Familiarity with serverless, event-driven, and edge computing paradigms for building scalable modern SaaS platforms.

- Hands-on experience with micro frontend architecture, enabling independent deployment, modular ownership, and better scalability across product teams ideally integrated with AI-driven tooling to scaffold or refactor both front-end and back-end components.
