DotNet Developer for Support :

Job Description
- Candidate with proven experience in software development as well as in providing production support, including issue troubleshooting, performance monitoring,
and incident resolution.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience in development and support of .NET-based applications.
- Strong development experience using .NET Framework and C#.
- Proven experience in production support, including incident analysis, issue resolution, and monitoring for .NET applications.
- Ability to quickly understand and work with existing codebases built on .NET and C#.
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration and Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) even basic-level experience is acceptable.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to diagnose and resolve issues under pressure.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of legacy systems and their maintenance
Role Bifurcation :
.NET Developer + Support (2 Positions)
- Focus: 30% Development / 70% Production Support
- Ideal for candidates comfortable working on development tasks as well as handling production support responsibilities (e.g., monitoring, issue resolution, troubleshooting).
Work Schedule & Flexibility :
- Shift time for all the roles would be 6 PM to 3 AM
- Candidate can do support work (post-deployment monitoring, issue handling) can be done remotely after 9 PM, allowing flexibility for night-time production support from Home
