.Net Core/AWS Lead

Role Overview :

We are hiring a .NET Core + AWS Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong expertise in .NET Core, AWS, Microservices Architecture, and hands-on experience in the financial domain.

The candidate will play a key role in technical leadership, solution architecture, and end-to-end delivery of cloud-based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using .NET Core

- Architect and implement microservices-based solutions on AWS

- Define and drive application architecture, technical design, and solution roadmap

- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using C# and Entity Framework

- Configure and optimize AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.) for performance and cost

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments

- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability

- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and best practices

- Lead and mentor a team of developers and provide technical guidance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis and solution design

- Manage database design, optimization, and performance tuning (SQL)

- Handle integration with third-party systems and enterprise platforms

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and ensure quick resolution

- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming)

- Drive modernization initiatives (monolith to microservices, cloud adoption)

- Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and knowledge sharing

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in .NET Core & C#

- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services

- Expertise in Microservices Architecture

- Strong knowledge of Design Patterns & System Design

- Experience with Entity Framework & SQL

- Experience in Financial Domain Application

Good to Have :

- Experience with Angular (Frontend)

- Exposure to DevOps tools, Docker, CI/CD pipeline

Qualifications :

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, or related field

- 8 to 14 years of experience in software development

- Prior experience in technical leadership or team handling roles
