Data Analyst : Macro and Automation Expertise Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong background in data analysis, proficiency in creating macros for report generation, and the ability to extract valuable insights from raw data files. The ideal candidate should also possess a basic knowledge of automating daily reports to streamline and optimize reporting processes. Responsibilities : - Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop and implement macros to automate the preparation of reports. - Work with raw data files to extract, transform, and load data for analysis. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements. - Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and reliability. - Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and understandable manner. - Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques. - Assist in the automation of daily reporting tasks to improve efficiency. Maintain data integrity and adhere to data governance policies. Qualifications : - Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science). - Proven experience in data analysis and report generation. - Proficiency in creating macros for Excel or other relevant tools. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Basic understanding of automating daily reports. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy. - Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry best practices
