Description : Job Summary : We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our fast-growing team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing AI solutions that solve real-world problems for customers. Roles & Responsibilities : - Collaborate with the cross-functional team to understand business requirements and build end-to-end machine learning systems which are maintainable, reusable & scalable - Work along with Machine Learning Engineers to build and improve the tools to train, monitor and evaluate model performance - Identify problems in data, define data quality metric and improve it using programming or data labeling techniques - Perform modeling tasks in support of prototypes and proofs-of-concept Qualifications : - 3+ years of industry experience in designing and training deep learning models - Strong understanding of Machine Learning & Deep Learning concepts, especially in one or more following fields : Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Audio - Good working exposure with Generative AI, Large Language Model (LLM) and RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) concepts - Strong programming skills in Python language - Flexible to work in a dynamic environment with different frameworks and requirements - Good Experience with one or more deep learning libraries/frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Hugging Face) Competencies & Behavior : - Excellent oral and written skills in English - Creative talents and the ability to solve tough problems - Ability to work across concurrent projects - Ability to communicate effectively via multiple channels (verbal, written) - Ability to pay attention to detail and accurately follow procedures - Ability to collaborate with peers in various organizations is critical About Us : We at Think Future Technologies (TFT) provide Technology Services to our customers, enabling them to achieve superior business outcomes.
