Role : Technical Lead - PHP, Python & AWS

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in PHP, Python, and AWS to drive the design and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications.

This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership and is responsible for architecting robust systems, guiding development teams, and ensuring high-quality execution across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full-stack applications using PHP and Python.

- Drive the implementation of cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.

- Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and engineering processes.

- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Own and resolve complex technical challenges across the application stack and infrastructure.

- Guide the team in adopting modern architectures such as microservices and serverless.

- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.

- Strong hands-on experience with :

i. PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony)

ii. Python frameworks (Django, Flask)

- Deep understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, and IAM.

- Proven expertise in RESTful API design and integration.

- Experience with :

i. CI/CD pipelines

ii. Containerization (Docker)

iii. Version control systems (Git)

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with serverless architecture and microservices design.

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform).

- Exposure to frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.js.

- Working knowledge of Go, modern AI concepts, or prompt engineering is an added advantage.
