Brief Description :

We are seeking a Technical Architect to join our Pune technology hub.

This role will act as a core technical leader and bridge between business, product, and engineering teams.

As the Technical Architect, you will provide hands-on technical leadership, mentor lead developers, and design scalable integration frameworks across multiple applications including Salesforce and boundary applications.

You will define end-to-end architectural strategy, evaluate technologies, and ensure robust integration across internal platforms and external partner systems.

The role demands stakeholder-facing interaction with cross-functional teams in India and globally, aligning technology with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as the architectural leader within the India technology team, collaborating closely with lead developers, engineering managers, and business stakeholders.

- Define technical architecture and integration patterns for Zywaves ecosystem, including Salesforce, external applications, and custom boundary apps.

- Serve as the bridgepoint for integration across systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.

- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentor developers on best practices, coding standards, and architectural frameworks.

- Partner with global stakeholders (Product, Business, and RevTech teams) to align architecture with business needs.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to support evolving product and integration requirements.

- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs and blueprints, balancing short-term delivery with long-term scalability.

- Drive architecture governance, ensuring documentation, security, and compliance are embedded in all technical solutions.

- Support stakeholder discussions, presentations, and solution walkthroughs to articulate technical approaches clearly.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 10+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in an architect role.

- Strong background in application integration, enterprise architecture, and API-first design.

- Experience working with Salesforce (Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud) and integrating it with external boundary systems.

- Proficiency in designing solutions that involve cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), microservices, and enterprise integrations.

- Strong knowledge of modern integration technologies (REST APIs, GraphQL, ESB, middleware, event-driven architectures, etc.

- Hands-on expertise in at least one modern backend language (Java, C#, Python, Node.

js).

- Proven ability to influence technical decisions across teams and build consensus among stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work across technical and business teams.
