About the job :

Job Title : Team Lead - .NET, Azure & React

- Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and QA engineers to deliver impactful and high-quality solutions.

- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and efficient development workflows.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a collaborative engineering culture.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across front-end, back-end, and cloud

environments.

- Support release management, branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, security, and performance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven hands-on expertise in :

- .NET Framework/Core, C#

- Azure Technologies (DevOps, Pipelines, Cloud Services)

- React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- SQL Server (T-SQL)

- Git

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and project delivery.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
