Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Solution Architect to design, implement, and oversee scalable technology solutions that align with business objectives. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural vision, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

You will play a pivotal role in defining architecture standards, guiding development teams, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, future-ready solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution & Architecture Design :

- Define end-to-end architecture for complex technical solutions.

- Ensure designs meet scalability, security, performance, and compliance requirements.

- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teams.

- Ensure compliance with architectural standards, coding best practices, and quality assurance processes.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to design robust and scalable solutions.

Stakeholder Engagement :

- Act as the primary liaison with the US-based Delivery Lead.

- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs.

- Communicate architectural decisions, risks, and dependencies clearly and regularly to stakeholders.

Team Collaboration :

- Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure smooth delivery.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance technical culture.

- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architecture workshops.

Process Improvement :

- Promote best practices in architecture, software development, and delivery.

- Contribute to continuous improvement in processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps).

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 12+ years of experience in software development and solution design.

- 6+ years of experience in architecture or technical leadership roles.

- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps practices.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Proven experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS.

- Hands-on experience in technologies such as .NET, Python, PHP, Snowflake, and AI-related tools.
