Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical design, development, and architecture discussions for Java-based applications.

- Drive problem-solving sessions, ask clarifying questions, and guide teams with structured thinking.

- Build and maintain microservices using Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, and related middleware.

- Leverage DevOps practices and tools; integrate with platforms such as Kafka.

- Mentor developers, ensure code quality, and collaborate closely with product and infrastructure teams.

- Communicate clearly with senior leadership and represent engineering thought leadership.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices-based engineering.

- Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and distributed architecture.

- Practical knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native tools.

- Experience with Kafka or similar middleware technologies.

- Excellent communication, curiosity, and confidence to speak up and lead discussions.

- Strong analytical and mathematical reasoning abilities.
