We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to design and build scalable, high-performance, and user-friendly web applications at ZOOP.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend technologies, frontend architecture, and performance optimisation, along with the ability to drive technical decisions and deliver high-quality user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications.

- Build reusable components, shared libraries, and scalable frontend architectures.

- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend Engineering teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

- Develop interactive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

- Optimise application performance, rendering, loading times, and overall user experience.

- Implement state management, API integrations, error handling, and robust frontend workflows.

- Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application reliability.

- Participate in code reviews, establish coding standards, and drive improvements in code quality and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot complex frontend issues and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.

- Mentor junior developers and stay updated with evolving frontend technologies and best practices.

Requirements :

- 6 - 11 years of professional software development experience, with strong expertise in frontend engineering.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.

- Hands-on experience with React or Angular and their associated ecosystems.

- Strong understanding of component architecture, state management, reusable design patterns, and frontend application structure.

- Experience with modern build tools such as Webpack or Rollup and frontend development workflows.

- Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, web accessibility, and performance optimisation.

- Experience integrating REST APIs and handling asynchronous operations, errors, and application state.

- Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks and automated testing practices.

- Proficiency in Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.

- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills, with the ability to take ownership of technical deliverables.
