- Conduct page-wise optimization, including analyzing and improving loading times, mobile responsiveness, and overall site performance.

- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and enhance website performance.

- Implement best practices for web design and development, ensuring compatibility across different browsers and devices.

- Write reusable and maintainable React components.

- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and incorporating suggestions.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website design and functionality.

- Stay updated with the latest web design trends and technologies, particularly in responsive design and CSS frameworks.

Requirements :

- Experience : 3+ years.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Extensive experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive web design.

- Strong experience with React and building dynamic, component-based user interfaces.

- Understanding of web performance optimization techniques.

- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Segment, Clarity).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Ability to translate design mockups into high-quality code.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries beyond React, like Next.js .

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

- Familiarity with SEO best practices.

- Understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices.

- Basic understanding of server-side languages or frameworks.
