Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Collaboration Tools Administrator to manage and optimize our enterprise-wide communication and collaboration platforms, with a primary focus on Zoom. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert with a proven track record of administering a suite of tools, including Slack and LucidChart. This role is crucial for ensuring the security, governance, and seamless operation of our digital workplace, driving user adoption, and providing expert-level support.


Platform Administration & Configuration :


- Administer and maintain the enterprise Zoom environment, including account hierarchy, Zoom Rooms, and Webinar configurations, leveraging Zoom admin dashboards.

- Manage the user lifecycle, group policies, and retention rules across all collaboration platforms.

- Oversee the administration of Slack Enterprise Grid, including managing custom workflows (Slackbot, Workflow Builder) and app integrations.

- Govern the LucidChart/LucidSpark workspace, including licensing tiers, SSO integration, and collaborative template management.


Security, Governance & Compliance:


- Implement and enforce data loss prevention (DLP) and other security configurations across all collaboration tools.

- Monitor and analyze audit logs to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Coordinate across IT, communications, and functional teams to enforce messaging, collaboration hygiene, and governance compliance.


Support, Training & Adoption :


- Drive enterprise-wide adoption initiatives by crafting compelling enablement content and delivering live or recorded training sessions.

- Handle escalated incidents and provide 3rd-line support for complex issues related to collaboration tools.

- Monitor service performance and system health to proactively address potential issues.


Documentation & Coordination :


- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, runbooks, KB articles, onboarding decks, and policy guidelines.

- Serve as a key point of contact for vendor coordination and stakeholder management.


Core Collaboration Platforms :


- 5+ years of enterprise experience administering Slack, Zoom, and other collaboration tools.

- Zoom: Deep expertise in Zoom account hierarchy, Zoom Rooms, and Webinar configurations.

- Slack: Strong understanding of Slack Enterprise Grid architecture, custom workflows, app integrations, and security.

- LucidChart/LucidSpark: Familiarity with workspace controls, licensing, and SSO.


Technical & Administrative Expertise :


- Proven experience managing user lifecycle, group policies, and audit logs.

- Strong background in implementing DLP and security configurations.

- Skilled in API integrations and leveraging automation capabilities within collaboration tools.


Process & Soft Skills :


- Demonstrated success in driving enterprise-wide adoption initiatives.

- Strong documentation background with a focus on creating clear, actionable content.

- Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, incident handling, and service performance monitoring.


Preferred Skills :


- Experience with other collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, WebEx, or Google Workspace.

- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python) for automating administrative tasks.

- Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.

- Relevant professional certifications for collaboration platforms (e.g., Zoom Certified Administrator).
