We are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer to lead the implementation, configuration, and customization of the Zoho suite, with a particular focus on Zoho Books, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Creator.

This is a pivotal role that requires a blend of technical expertise, business process understanding, and hands-on development experience.

You will play a key role in modernizing our finance systems, streamlining operations, and enhancing our data-driven decision-making.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in finance, operations, and IT to ensure Zoho solutions are aligned with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Configure and customize Zoho Books to handle end-to-end financial workflows including :

- Invoicing, vendor management, and expense tracking

- Ledger configuration, voucher entries, tax settings

- Bank account reconciliation, budgeting, and reporting

- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.

- Setup workflows and automations to streamline finance processes.

- Lead and execute the migration of financial data from Tally to Zoho Books.

- Map and validate data structures to ensure integrity, accuracy, and completeness.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any discrepancies during and after the migration.

- Configure Zoho Suite settings (CRM, Creator, Books) to match unique business rules and operational workflows.

- Develop custom modules, fields, workflows, and blueprints as required by various departments.

- Design and implement custom dashboards and financial reports for real-time insights.

- Work with stakeholders to define KPIs and data visualizations.

- Utilize Zoho Analytics or built-in reporting tools to deliver automated reports and alerts.

- Develop and maintain REST API integrations with third-party systems and internal tools.

- Implement OAuth for secure and scalable authentication between systems.

- Build and support custom integrations with Zoho CRM, Books, Creator, and other external platforms.

- Configure and manage Zoho CRM modules including Leads, Contacts, Deals, and automation workflows.

- Develop custom applications and forms using Zoho Creator.

- Apply business logic using Deluge (Zohos scripting)

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3+ years of experience with Zoho platform (CRM, Books, Creator, or other Zoho Apps).

- Strong command of Zoho Deluge scripting and customization capabilities.

- Proven experience in financial system implementation, ideally with Zoho Books and data migration from Tally.

- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, and integrating Zoho with external applications.

- Strong understanding of SQL databases and data modeling for analytics and reporting.

- Experience with tools such as Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, or equivalent.

- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
