Zoho Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer to customize, integrate, and maintain Zoho applications to support our business processes.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and related Zoho products, along with a good understanding of Deluge scripting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Customize and configure Zoho CRM modules, workflows, validation rules, and automation.

- Develop and maintain Deluge scripts for business logic and integrations.

- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party tools using APIs.

- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics.

- Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support and enhancements.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand and implement requirements.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho ecosystem (Books, Creator, Desk, or Analytics is a plus).

- Proficiency in Deluge scripting.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations.

- Basic understanding of databases, workflows, and business processes.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Zoho certification(s) is a plus.

- Experience working in SMEs or start-up environments.

- Exposure to automation and low-code platforms.
