Who You Are :

As a Software engineer, you will execute on products vision for a modern, frictionless, scalable, API first and persona-driven customer identity and access management system, which collectively result in the best end-to-end Life & Annuities solution in the industry.

You will partner with fellow engineers to create a reusable, predictable, and discoverable design and development framework allowing rapid, consistent, and maintainable customer authentication and authorization solutions.

We are seeking a team player with leadership experience, exceptional users and API security skills, and a proven track record of successful delivery.

What Youll Do :

- Design and implement API policies, procedures, and guidelines.

- Develop enterprise API solutions using an industry leading API platform (Kong).

- Integrate the enterprise CIAM solution for all internal and external APIs.

- Collaborate with CIAM team to extend its capability to serve our clients.

What Youll Need :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field.

- 2+ years of software development experience using typescript frameworks like NestJS.

- Understanding in supporting APIs.

- Working knowledge of AWS services such as Lambda, EC2, S3, etc.

- Working knowledge of common DevOps tasks (Environment provisioning, CI/CD Pipelines, and application monitoring).

- Excellent work ethic.

- Ability to work and travel independently.

- Effective strategic thinking skills.

- Expert level communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.

- Expert level troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional, distributed team.

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
