The Role :

We are looking for an Infrastructure Solutions Architect to be the senior technical authority for our infrastructure practice. You will own infrastructure solutioning end-to-end, from customer conversation to Bill of Quantities to design, and you will be the technical escalation point our delivery teams turn to when an engagement gets difficult. This is a hands-on architecting role, not a purely managerial one.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own infrastructure pre-sales solutioning end-to-end for Professional Services, Managed Services and SITC engagements.

- Accompany and support the infrastructure sales team on customer opportunities; lead technical discussions, solution workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

- Handle technical objections and hold credible solution conversations with senior customer stakeholders.

- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and cost sheets - quickly and accurately.

- Prepare technical proposals and responses - quickly and accurately.

- Prepare High-Level Designs (HLD) and Low-Level Designs (LLD), architecture diagrams and technical documentation.

- Prepare manpower effort estimates and ensure pre-sale estimates hold true through delivery.

- Act as the technical escalation point for the delivery team : guide and unblock delivery when engagements run into technical difficulty.

- Deliver client presentations and provide technical leadership through the solution lifecycle.

- Evaluate existing customer infrastructure and recommend modernisation, optimisation and migration strategies.

- Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, high-availability and disaster-recovery best practices.

Technical Skills :

- Essential : Enterprise Storage & Backup / Recovery, Virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V), Private Cloud (incl. OpenStack).

- Strong Plus : Data Centre Networking, Linux (RHEL) administration, Cyber Security.

- Good to Have : Voice / Video (VoIP, collaboration), Public Cloud.

Eligibility :

- Indian citizen (mandatory for government/defence work).

- Eligible for background and security verification.

- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Delhi-NCR (on-site role).

- Notice period of 0 - 30 days preferred.

Education & Certifications :

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics or a related discipline.

- Relevant certifications are a strong advantage : VMware (VCP / VCDX), Red Hat (RHCE / RHCSA), storage & backup OEM certifications, CCIE / CCNP, CEH, or cloud certifications.
