Job Overview :
We are looking for a Software Support Engineer (I/II) to analyze and resolve critical issues related to insulin management systems. The role involves troubleshooting software and connectivity issues, performing root cause analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product reliability and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform root cause analysis using logs, call notes, and documentation
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, Serial communication)
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve high-priority product issues
- Provide actionable insights for product and process improvements
- Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Requirements :
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Knowledge of cloud (AWS), databases (SQL), and logging tools
- Understanding of networking & device connectivity
- Exposure to mobile/web/cloud-based systems
