Role Overview :

As an Automation Test Engineer based at our WTC Kharadi facility in Pune, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining sophisticated test automation frameworks that ensure the reliability of our client-facing applications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional development and QA teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable test scripts. Your work directly impacts the end-user experience by identifying critical defects early in the development lifecycle, thereby accelerating release cycles and maintaining the integrity of high-stakes software platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement robust automation frameworks using Selenium and TestNG to improve testing efficiency across web and mobile platforms.

- Execute comprehensive API testing to validate backend services, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency across distributed systems.

- Develop and maintain reusable test scripts in Java or Python to minimize manual intervention and optimize regression testing cycles.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define test strategies that align with project timelines and quality benchmarks.

- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development teams to facilitate rapid bug resolution and performance tuning.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building and managing automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, and Python within enterprise-grade environments.

- Strong technical capability in performing API testing and validating complex web and mobile application workflows.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical test scenarios while maintaining high standards of code quality.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions to both internal teams and external clients.

- Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment at our WTC Kharadi office, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- A minimum of 4 - 8 years of hands-on experience in software testing, with a focus on automation and quality engineering.
