Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle HCM Senior Functional Consultant with 10-15 years of experience.

The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion HCM modules and a proven track record of successful implementations.

You will be responsible for leading the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions, with a strong focus on core functionalities and key business processes.

This role requires a strategic professional who can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions and guide clients through complex transformations.

Key Responsibilities :

Functional Consulting & Implementation :

- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation (ICP), Goal & Performance, and Benefits.

- Conduct workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, performing gap analysis and designing comprehensive solutions.

- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud applications to meet business needs and align with best practices.

Client & Stakeholder Management :

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Oracle HCM functionalities and process improvements.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration between HCM modules and other enterprise systems.

- Provide post-go-live support and training to ensure user adoption and system stability.

Security & Compliance :

- Design and implement the security framework for Oracle HCM, ensuring data protection and compliance with business and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Core Experience :

- 10 to 15 years of professional experience with a focus on Oracle HCM.

- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- In-depth functional expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR, Workforce Lifecycle Management, Compensation (ICP), Goal & Performance, and Benefits.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM security roles and concepts.

- Proven experience in a full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules.

- Experience with data migration strategies and tools.

- Familiarity with reporting tools like OTBI or BI Publisher.
